The doctors will not respond by e-mail to requests for medical advice. Please telephone reception to request a telephone consultation, an appointment or a home visit or any other clinical query or request.
We aim to acknowledge patient comments within 2-3 working days. This may be via email or by telephone depending on each individual situation. If some action is to be taken following patient communication, we will state clearly the time-scale we expect any action to be taken by and aim to keep patients informed of progress at all stages.
We constantly strive to give you the best possible care and attention. We recognise, however, that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. We welcome suggestions and there are Suggestions Forms available for your comments, both good and bad, at reception or you can use the link below to e-mail your comments or suggestions to us.
Patients wishing to make a complaint should in the first instance contact the Practice Manager at the Surgery, either verbally or in writing. The practice operates an approved in-house complaints procedure, details of which are available from reception.
